We’re looking for Business Continuity & Incident Management Specialists to join our Governance, Risk, & Compliance team. You will be responsible for the preparation of business continuity strategies, crisis response actions, monitoring system activities, and assessing business impacts in support of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our business continuity management programs by participating in the design and implementation of customized organization continuity and disaster recovery plans

  • Develops strategies and plans to ensure the organization can continue running effectively in the event of an emergency

  • Support crisis response actions at an operational level during business disruption

  • Monitor day-to-day system activities to identify business impacts and provide leadership with updates and action plans based on criticality to effectively manage information, service, reputational, financial and operational risks

Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years of experience in the same role, in business continuity and/or risk management

  • Experience in developing and implementing recovery documentation including, but not limited to, business continuity plans, IT technical recovery plans, crisis management plans, and relevant documents such as vendor or employee call trees

  • Experience in performing and organizing risk assessments and crisis management teams

  • Amenability to work in Quezon City

  • Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Access)

Nice to haves:

  • Strong exposure/knowledge of insurance/financial business (same industry as Manulife)

  • Proficiency in Power BI
