Job Description

The opportunity

This role develops and implements marketing deliverables to support Manulife Investments’ sales efforts. Responsibilities include completing assignments from managers accurately with a demonstrated level of connected thinking and increasing product and industry knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement marketing deliverables to support Manulife Investments products and programs on time and within budget.

  • Update data/content for quarterly/monthly materials for existing products and programs.

  • Research, gather, and disseminate information for projects as assigned by managers.

  • Lead and reconcile multiple rounds of review by various parties including managers, compliance, legal, product and sales.

  • Influence and complete operational processes to facilitate marketing campaigns such as compliance review, material creation and quality improvement.

  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans that support sales efforts and generate repeatable results as assigned by manager.

  • Ensure work is delivered accurately, on time and within budget.

  • Track and handle budgets for projects.

  • Support management team as needed.

  • Seek continuous improvement and strategic growth.

  • Develop and maintain relationships across departments, including sales, product, legal, compliance.

  • Source information and data for projects across media (print, web, email, etc.)

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.

  • 1-3 years business experience preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail, ability to lead multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter

  • Research, information gathering and analytical skills

  • Good writing and verbal skills

  • Desire to develop communications expertise and investment knowledge.
